Sellers - All boxes need to be checked before progressing further.

Please confirm that you are the registered keeper of the livestock you are selling.

Please confirm that any information supplied to our website is accurate & does not mis-describe any livestock you are auctioning for sale.

Please confirm that you are aware of, and comply with, all applicable laws including those relating to transport, welfare and official movement notifications post sale of any livestock.

Please acknowledge that 5% commission will be deducted from the final sale price on payment from the successful bidder.

Please confirm that you have read, understood and agree to our Sale Terms & Conditions.

Please acknowledge that all Pedigree Beef Cattle advertised on our Timed Auctions will be sold with a warranty from the National Beef Association. By ticking this box, both Buyers and Vendors have read, understood and accept the National Beef Associations Terms & Conditions of Sale.

This Warranty will be charged at a cost of £3 per entry and deducted from the vendors final payment.
