Please confirm that any information supplied to our website is accurate & does not mis-describe any machinery or equipment you are auctioning for sale.

Please confirm that you are aware of, and comply with, all applicable laws associated with the machinery or equipment you are selling.

Please acknowledge that 5% commission will be deducted from the final sale price on payment from the successful bidder.

Please acknowledge that if you are VAT Registered, you will require VAT to be inserted in the relevant field on your sales forms which will be added to your basic item sale price.
