I am a partner in Swordale Farm and Swordale Farm Butchers located in the North of Scotland. I have been brought up surrounded by all types of livestock but my passion is breeding pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle. I am a Geology Graduate from the University of Aberdeen and have spent 6 years in the oil industry before coming home to Swordale.
